Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and execute strategies to proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events to build a talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with team and company objectives.
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience, reflecting the company’s values and culture at every stage of the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage and lead the onboarding process for new hires to introduce them to the company’s culture, policies, and team structure.
- Collaborate with leadership to create strategies to retain top talent and ensure long-term employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring a smooth and respectful transition out of the company.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed, compliant with company policies, and in accordance with legal requirements during both onboarding and offboarding processes.
Culture Development & Support
- Promote and reinforce the company’s culture, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
- Create and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and team-building activities.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution in a constructive manner.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven professional experience in HR roles.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools & Google Tools (E.g: Docs, Sheet, Slide, etc.. )
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
7. Strong ethical standards and commitment to fairness.
8. Proven experience in talent acquisition and candidate management.
